Today I surprised the students in my program with chocolate chip cookies stuffed with Oreos. I like random acts of kindness because they come off more genuine and meaningful. Seeing my classmates’ faces light up with excitement is honestly priceless.

After seeing that my classmates, such as Melinda, appreciate kindness and wish people were more courteous, I took it upon myself to display an act of thoughtfulness. This gesture was my wish of good luck for finals week and also a thank you for being such wonderful team players within the program.

The Life and Styles of Liv: Being the person that I am when it comes to my friends and my loyalty...:

I couldn’t say it better myself. I feel like people today don’t feel the need to push or motivate their friends to see the bigger picture. There has been many instances where I was the only driving force behind a particular person, and it got exhausting.

It is a beautiful thing when you find someone who values you so much to care about where you are in life. It’s so easy to get disconnected but having a friendhship with you is like we never lost touch. We can always pick up where we left things off. Thanks for not giving up on helping me see things more clearly. I might not like what I am hearing but I needed to hear it at that moment.

This picture is fantastic for many reasons. I find that women in Europe have a sense of style that North American women cannot duplicate. The way they effortlessly put outfits together. Their eye for a specific version that is unique.

I admire the European sense of style because their ensembles are almost always tailored, chic, simple and well put together. I tend to favor more classic styles then trendy ones. Not only do Europeans have more of an eye for fit, they also are more audacious when it comes to color palettes. Look at the intense and vivid colors in these outfits.

Americans have a unique sense of style as well but it tends to be more mass produced and way more trendy. The thing is people here in the US all shop at the stores such as H&M and Forever 21 so their styles all look the same. Europeans have more of an eye for individuality as well as originality. Don’t get me wrong they still tend to be trendy but it is in a more tasteful manner than the typical American.
